Here are some of our favorite travel tips for visiting Fiji and making the journey as smooth and convenient as possible!
- Settle in for the long flight. Long international flights can be uncomfortable if you don’t come prepared. Bring a soft neck pillow, a lightweight blanket, plenty of reading material, and a few TSA-approved snacks on the plane. Make sure you’re choosing a window or aisle seat in the first 5 rows or in the exit row.
- Make a budget for your trip. If you’re not sure what a trip to Fiji costs, plan for about $5,000 per person for a 7-day trip. Budget about $270/night for your hotel or resort, around $2,000 per person for round trip flights, and roughly $180/day for food and activity expenses. Transportation can run you about $150 for the duration of the trip.
- Decide where you’ll stay. Now’s a great time to figure out where to stay in Fiji since you’ll have so many islands and regions to choose from.
